My day-of duties include confirming with all vendors and coordinating with them to insure arrivals and deliveries and that the reception is set up and ready for your guests. I distribute final vendor payments and make sure that the special events of the reception (cake cutting, first dance, toasts etc.) are completed. After the reception, I will insure that all gifts and personal effects are secured and given to your designated person.
My involvement can be as large or as small as you might need. I can assist in the total planning of your wedding and reception or just advise on specific issues.
It is important to know that you are not giving up control of your wedding. You are simply adding an expert to assist you in insuring that the day is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
